Rates
At the time of booking you must provided 30% of the rental price as a deposit to secure dates and booking. Final total to be paid within 5 weeks of arriving, an extra £50 is paid for housekeeping and cleaning costs which is refunded back to you one leaving the house clean and tidy. No pets and No smoking is allowed on any part of the property. Prices are in Pound Sterling Only.
