Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 have double bed with excellent views of the sea. Bedroom 4 has twin beds its own wash basin and garden and sea views. Bedroom 5 has bunk beds suitable for children. |

Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 have en-suite shower rooms, 1 family bathroom with a large bath tub and a hand-held shower attachment, wash basin and toilet. There is a downstairs bathroom and cloakroom with WC and wash handbasin. |

Kitchen: fully fitted with a 4-ring gas hob an electric double oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. A separate breakfast bar with 2 stools. plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, wine glasses and storage. |

This area to the rear of the house is home to the washing machine, sink a tumble dryer and refrigerator this an additional fridge to the one in the kitchen. |

Living Rooms: This is a huge lounge area with panoramic views of the sea, and of the Isle of White close by. It has a fireplace with log burner effect, a gas fire and open plan dining room area and seating for eight. There is a small sitting space for quiet reading or just for viewing the sea and further. A TV, DVD Player, DVD films and a Hi-fi are there also in the lounge for extra entertainment. |

Other: The garage has been converted to a games room with a table tennis table, a wall mounted dartboard and various children's games, plus buckets and spades to borrow for the adventures on the beach. |
